Your right to withdraw

You may withdraw from an eligible online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after you, or a third party designated by you, receives the product.

To exercise this right, use the withdrawal form below or send an unambiguous statement to [REQUIRED].

Registering and sending your return

Please register your return before sending it. After registration, we will confirm the return instructions and the unique PriParcel reference that must be included with the parcel.

After notifying us that you are withdrawing, send the product back within 14 days to our Dutch returns partner:

Do not return an order to the sender address printed on the original parcel. That address may belong to a carrier or overseas fulfilment partner and may not accept returns.

Return costs: For a regular withdrawal, the direct return shipping costs are paid by the customer. The amount depends on the carrier selected by the customer. If the item is defective, damaged on arrival or incorrectly supplied, contact us before returning it; North & Steel will provide an appropriate solution and bear the necessary return costs.

Return processing: PriParcel receives and registers returns on behalf of North & Steel. North & Steel remains your seller and is responsible for assessing the return and issuing any refund.

Refunds

We refund all payments received, including the standard outbound delivery charge for a full withdrawal, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or you provide proof of return, whichever occurs first. The refund is made using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.

You may handle the product only as necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be liable for diminished value caused by handling beyond that.

Exceptions

No exclusion applies to standard non-personalised jewellery. Any lawful exception will be stated clearly before purchase.
